THE PATATE FRENCH BURGER is the perfect mixture of traditional, centuries-old, French cuisine, brought into the modern world by two passionate chefs – Martin Le Boulc’h and Paul-Henry DeVassoigne. The beef in The Patate’s French burgers is rigorously selected and slow-cooked in red wine for four hours, with fresh vegetables and a mix of spices, until both chefs are happy to put The Patate's name to it. Many hours were spent perfecting their signature Beef Bourguignon in a Bun recipe, as they searched for the right spices, the perfect wine, and the best cooking techniques, before offering it to the world.
