The Avocado Show is the world’s first avocado restaurant franchise, serving Pretty Healthy Food made from love and sustainable avocados. Founded in Amsterdam by two life-long friends and big fans of the green superfruit, Ron Simpson and Julien Zaal, this concept rapidly grew into an a multi-location concept thanks to an investment by the avocado queen herself: Shawn Harris. After shaking up the world with their announcement and opening massively popular outlets specializing in visually stunning and delicious avocado dishes in Amsterdam and Brussels – TheAvocado Show is now on a mission to colour the future green. European expansion is well underway as The Avocado Show announces 19 newly signed locations across Europe and the UK, kicking off with the first Spanish location in Madrid, set to open in October 2020. Paris and London will be opening next and shall be followed by another 16 outlets across Spain, Portugal, France, and England. The Avocado Show is looking for new partners that fit the brand and want to develop their regions in new markets and countries so that they can bring joy to avocado lovers in every cool city in the world.
